The Property Development service we offer involves the construction of a single building through to an entire site. The procedure follows a set order of events:

1. Land is purchased
2. Designs with the architects, followed by the registrations with the local authorities including the NHBC planning and the building regulations
3. The actual construction work

4. Sale is offered through an Estate Agent
5. Sale of Properties
6. 6 months NHBC defects period
7. 2 year material defect period
8. Followed by an 8 year structural defect period
